Terms of Use
Last updated: August 7, 2026These Terms of Use govern access to the public WebLane Services website. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Website information
Website content is provided for general information about WebLane Services and its offerings. We work to keep it useful and current, but we do not promise that every statement will always be complete, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. A website inquiry, quote request, or appointment request does not by itself create a binding service agreement.
Products and services
Prices, availability, estimates, appointments, deposits, warranties, cancellations, refunds, delivery, and other obligations may be governed by a quote, proposal, invoice, posted policy, or separate agreement accepted for a transaction. If those terms conflict with these website Terms of Use, the transaction-specific terms control.
Client domain ownership and management
The client owns the domain name. Web Lane Services registers, renews, and administers the domain on the client's behalf while services remain active. Upon termination and settlement of outstanding charges, Web Lane Services will reasonably cooperate in transferring the domain to an account or registrar controlled by the client.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, harvest information, or use automated tools in a way that burdens or damages the website or its users.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, WebLane Services owns or is authorized to use the website's business content, branding, copy, graphics, and photographs, and WebLane Services owns or licenses the website platform and design system. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal evaluation, but you may not copy, sell, republish, remove ownership notices, or create derivative works without permission. Third-party names, logos, photographs, testimonials, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-party services
This website may link to or rely on services operated by others. WebLane Services and WebLane Services do not control their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. A link does not necessarily imply endorsement.
No warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available.” WebLane Services disclaims warranties that may legally be disclaimed, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. Nothing here excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebLane Services and its website providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, this public website. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited. Liability connected to a paid product or service may be addressed by applicable transaction terms.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws that apply where WebLane Services is principally located, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction, unless an applicable transaction agreement provides otherwise.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Questions may be sent to Contact@weblaneservices.com.
